This dog mask is made from neoprene, so it is lightweight, breathable, and comfortable to wear. The mask is designed to snap closed in the back, strapping the ears and muzzle in place. The muzzle is removable, which reveals a bright red tongue made of suede, perfect for role playing. The neoprene has a slight stretch to it, so you can find that perfect fit.
Measurements: Fits heads between 23 and 27 inches (58.5 - 68.5 cm) in circumference

A late review, but it's had a good usage time by now, so my review can be 100% honest.
First of all: I love the shape and floppiness of this hood. The material is soft and stretchy enough for me to wear my glasses underneath, which is an immense plus!
However, the muzzle that comes with this is not ideal. It's heavy, and weighs down the nose in such a way that the bottom of the jaw is not comfortable against my chin/lips. I also do not like the suede tongue, as it gets very dirty due to spit. Suede is almost impossible to clean without ruining it. That all said, I really like this hood! Whenever I wear it out to events I get compliments on it. I would recommend this hood!
